Last week, after hearing the case John M. Robbins proposed against Manteo Town Planner Erin Trebisacci, the Manteo Board of Adjustments denied his appeal.

Food Lion truck holds up traffic

Traffic slowed to a near halt on US 64 in Manns Harbor on Saturday after the driver of a Food Lion delivery truck lost control of the tractor-trailer which flipped onto its side, obstructing traffic on both east and west-bound lanes.
