Food Lion truck holds up traffic

Traffic slowed to a near halt on US 64 in Manns Harbor on Saturday after the driver of a Food Lion delivery truck lost control of the tractor-trailer which flipped onto its side, obstructing traffic on both east and west-bound lanes.
